Randall Gene Brammer, 65, of Bulger Pa. died on August 27, 2022 at St. Clair Hospital in Mt. Lebanon Pa. following a brief illness.
Randy was born in East Liverpool, Ohio on December 4, 1956; a son of the late Roy Brammer and Doris (Dennis) Brammer.
Randy was a graduate of Southern Local High School class of 1975, and had later attended Ohio University. For over 30 years Randy worked as a truck driver, and retired in 2012 from System Logistics. Randy was a volunteer firefighter for Salineville, Ohio. Randy attended the Fellowship of the Beloved, and later the Vineyard Church of Pittsburgh.
Randy loved spending time outdoors. He loved to deer hunt, fish, collect elderberries with his wife, and make maple syrup. He did forestry work on the Brammer Family Tree Farm that helped to make them the State of Ohio Tree Farm of the Year. Before he passed, his work helped to get the tree farm nominated for National Tree Farm of the Year.
Most of all, Randy loved his family. He was ever present at school plays and sporting events for his children and grandchildren.
Randy is survived by his wife: Wendy (Hall) Brammer whom he married June 30, 1985; a daughter: Amber (Jamie) Mellott of Wellsville; two sons: Randall (Rachael) Brammer of Poland, Ohio and Zach Brammer of Canfield, Ohio; a sister: Gayle Brammer of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; a brother Jim (Jeannie) Brammer of Salineville, Ohio, four grandchildren: Camryn Mellott, Rylee Mellott, Zackary Mellott and Hudson Walker; as well as many nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at the Kerr Watson Funeral Home in Salineville on Wednesday, August 31, 2022 at 6 p.m. with Don Herr officiating.
The family will be present to receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 3 p.m. up until the time of service at 6 p.m.
