Shirley Ann Montgomery

WELLSVILLE — Shirley Ann Montgomery, 83, of Wellsville, died Tuesday at East Liverpool City Hospital. She was born April 15, 1939, in Calcutta, the daughter of John F. and Hulda E. (Ayers) Morton. The Roberts Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
