Marvann A. Plumley

EAST LIVERPOOL — Marvann A. Plumley, 71, of East Liverpool, died at East Liverpool City Hospital Monday from a difficult battle with cancer. She was the daughter of Marvin and June Heddleston Wooley, born in East Liverpool Oct. 4, 1950. She is in the care of the Arner Funeral Chapel in Chester.
