Jeffrey S. Bigelow

SALEM — Jeffrey S. Bigelow, 63, of East Liverpool, died at Salem Regional Medical Center Saturday after being diagnosed with cancer in March. He was born on Dec. 10, 1958, in East Liverpool, the son of Graham Scott Bigelow of Lisbon and Linda Blaner Burke. The Arner Funeral Chapel in Chester is handling arrangements.
