SALEM — Jackson F. Russell, 84, of Goshen Twp., Salem, died Sunday at Winsor House/St. Mary’s in Columbiana. Jackson was born in Virginia on May 19, 1938, the son of Rufus and Daisy (Garland) Russell. Arrangements by Arbaugh-Pearce-Greenisen & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services, Salem.
