Eric William “Bull” Palmer

TORONTO –Eric William “Bull” Palmer, 52, of Toronto died suddenly Monday at his summer home at Austin Lake. He was born July 9, 1970 in Steubenville, the son of William Howard Palmer and Darlene Truax. The Clarke Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
