Douglas Andrew Daugherty

TORONTO — Douglas “Doug” Andrew Daugherty, 56, of Toronto died Saturday. He was born Dec. 15, 1965 in Steubenville, the son of Andrew Jackson Daugherty and Carolina May (Wright) Daugherty. The Clarke Funeral Home, Toronto, is handling arrangements.
