EAST LIVERPOOL — Jane McDaniel, 92, of East Liverpool died Tuesday at PAM Speciality Hospital at Heritage Valley in Beaver, Pa., following a brief illness. She was born in East Liverpool on Sept. 6, 1929 to Clyde and Hattie (Flint) Powell. Care Funeral & Cremation Specialists–Martin Chapel, in Calcutta, is handling arrangements.
