William ‘Bill’ Segletes

Bill was born July 25, 1946, in Philadelphia, Pa., son of the late Oliver and Olga Kullman Segletes.

Bill was a longtime resident of the state of Delaware, prior to moving to New Waterford after retirement. He was a 50-year member of the Masonic Lodge and a member of Local # 542 for over 50 years, where he worked as an operating engineer prior to his retirement. Bill enjoyed fishing and hunting.

Bill is survived by his wife of 48 years, Doris Gilmore Segletes; a sister, Nancy (Rod) Rodalumas of Delaware; sister-in-law, Jennifer Miller of Pennsylvania; two grandchildren and four step grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a son, William Oliver Segletes, Jr. and a brother, Robert Segletes.

Following Bill’s wishes, a private burial will take place at Crest Haven Memorial Gardens in New Waterford. No other services will be observed.
