Mary Theresa (McCarthy) Lynch

The daughter of the late James and Winfred McCarthy, Mary was born and raised in East Palestine. She graduated East Palestine High School in 1950 and married James “Jim” Lynch in 1951. She was a faithful member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church.

Through the years, Mary worked at the Davis Photography Studio, and the First National Bank of East Palestine. She and Jim owned and worked at both the Plaza and Bulldog Country Cottage Restaurants. She enjoyed golf, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Mary is survived by her husband James Lynch, daughter Colleen Beesinger, her two sons Michael and Mark (Tiffany) Lynch, sister Eileen (Dale) Bird, Sister-In-Law Barbara Lynch, grandchildren Rachel (Elizabeth) Blake, Cody (Amanda) Lynch, Jason (A. J.) Beesinger, Jennifer Lynch, Mary Kathleen Beesinger, and Kerry (Luis) Garcia, great-granddaughter Celeste Lynch and by many beloved nieces, nephews, and extended family.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Kathleen Lynch, sister Patricia Rautiola, brothers James, John, and Edward McCarthy, and son-in-law Dr. David Beesinger.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Linsley-Royal Funeral Home in East Palestine. A memorial Service will be held at a later date.
