Sid Perkins

EAST LIVERPOOL — Sid Perkins, 79. of East Liverpool, died Monday at the East Liverpool City Hospital following a brief illness. Born in Renick, W.Va., Aug. 7, 1942, he was a son of Roy S. and Mildred Beohm Perkins. The Dawson Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
