Janice K. Coler
COLUMBIANA — Janice K. Coler, 85, died Monday, March 7, 2022 at Parkside Healthcare Center in Columbiana. She was born November 4, 1936 in Alliance, daughter of the late Fred S. and Erma (Russell) Murphy.
Janice worked for A&P Packing as a stocker for ten years and Go Tag A Long as an assembler. She was a member of Believers Christian Fellowship. Janice was a homemaker her entire life and loved to clean. She had a strong Christian faith and volunteered at the church. She loved to watch her grandchildren and cheer at their sporting events. Janice was caring and had boundless energy with a zest for life – our little spitfire.
Her husband, John A. Coler, whom she married December 5, 1976 preceded her in death September 28, 2016.
Survivors include two daughters, Terra (Paul) Barker of Florence, SC and Nancy (Jobe) Dailey of Lisbon; two sisters, Alice Lee of California and Wanda Randolph of Galion, Ohio; brother, Fred (Carole) Murphy of Calif.; four grandchildren, Jenna (Chad) Cope of Columbiana, Christopher (Sara) Page of Houston, Pa., Michael (Lori) Barker of Easley, SC and Craig Barker of Fountain Inn, SC, and three great-grandchildren, Lily Barker, Jaedyn Page and Ava Page.
Besides her parents and husband, two sisters, Eleanor Burson and Norine Andreatta and brother, Jerry Murphy also preceded her in death.
A private funeral service will be held. She will be laid to rest at Highland Memorial Park in Beloit.
Arrangements are being handled by Stark Memorial Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
