SALEM — Gerald Richard Boring Jr., 64, of Salem, died Wednesday at Heritage Manor. He was born in Alliance, the son of Gerald R. and Mary (Westover) Boring Sr. Arrangements by the Arbaugh-Pearce-Greenisen & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services.
