David Deane Huff, Jr.
AKRON — David Deane Huff, Jr., 64, of Hudson, Ohio, passed away Friday, January 21, 2022 in Akron, Ohio. David was born April 10, 1957 in Salem, Ohio, a son of the late Mary Ann (nee Ferris) and David D. Huff, Sr.
David loved being outdoors and enjoyed camping, hunting, and had a love for animals. He also enjoyed reading. He was a graduate of East Palestine High School and ITT Technical School of Programming in Pittsburgh, Pa. Before he retired, David worked as a computer programmer.
In addition to his parents, David is preceded in death by his father-in-law Richard W. Yari and brother-in-law Robert Yari.
He is survived by his beloved wife Linda (nee Yari); brothers: Daniel (Patti) Huff and Drew (Donna) Huff; sisters Denise (Alex) Tarasenko and Dawna (Michael) Pickett; mother-in-law Nancy Yari; and sister-in-law Lisa Yari. He also leaves behind many nieces and nephews.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated beginning at 10 a.m. on Saturday, January 29, 2022 at St. Mary Catholic Church, 340 N. Main St., Hudson, Ohio. All are asked to please meet at church. Mass will also be livestreamed on the church’s website – www.stmaryhudson.cc/livestream.
Burial will follow at St. Mary Cemetery, Hudson, Ohio. The graveside service will be recorded and will be available to view after the services conclude at www.johnsonromito.com on the tribute wall of David’s obituary.
