Dana Jeanne Beadnell

She was born in Salineville on Feb. 26, 1943, a daughter of the late Harry Forbes and Martha (Temple) Forbes.

Having lived all her life in the area, Dana was a graduate of Salineville High School Class of 1961, was a member of Salineville United Methodist Church and spent her years as a homemaker. She loved to go camping and attending all her grandchildren’s events. She also loved to decorate the house for each and every holiday, making each year special and creating memories for her family and friends.

Left to cherish those memories are her husband, Richard Paul Beadnell, whom she married July 19, 1961; two sons, Todd (Nicole) Beadnell of Salineville and Shane Beadnell of Salineville; three daughters, Shawna (Michael) Crews of Wellsville, Shanna (Michael) DePalmo of Carrollton and Bronwyn (David) Rininger of Carollton; two brothers, Shawn (Kathy) Forbes of Salineville and Randy (Laura) Forbes; a sister, Shirlee (Steve) Jarrett of Salineville; 14 grandchildren, Dustin, Kaitlynn, Kameryn, Darrion, Hannah, Haley, Tyler, Delaney, Paige, Gavin, Shane, Amanda, Amber and Michael; as well as 14 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Dana was preceded in death by two brothers, Dickie Forbes and Bill Forbes; and two sisters, Darla Madison and Renee Smith.

Services will be held at the Kerr Watson Funeral Home in Salineville on Tuesday, Feb. 1, 2022 at 2 p.m. with Pastor Linda Baker of the church officiating. Burial will take place in Woodland Cemetery.

The family will be present to receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from noon up until the time of service at 2 p.m.
