Mark Ugran

YOUNGSTOWN –Mark Ugran, 60, of Youngstown,formerly of the area, died at his home on Sunday, Oct. 24. He was born Aug. 30, 1961, in Muchen Weiler, Germany, the son of Leo “Butch” Ugran of Salem and Della Rae (Chapman) Ugran of Sacramento, Ca., and step-mother Gail Ugran.
