Scherry L. May, 79, of Columbiana, Ohio passed on Tuesday, December 15, 2020 in Parkside Health Care Center in Columbiana. Scherry had been a resident there since April 1, 2014. She was born on November 23, 1941 in Bayard Village, Columbiana County, Ohio, the daughter of Richard and Thorna M. Lambright Shaw.
Scherry was united in marriage to Charles May, Sr. on August 30, 1958. Together they lovingly raised their five children.
Among her interests were playing cards and video games, bowling, bingo and shopping on QVC. Scherry also treasured her time spent with family.
Cherished memories of Scherry will be carried on by her husband, Charles; her children, Brenda Condon, Amy Papania, Charles "Bud" May, Jr., Clarence "Butch" May and Scherry May; her eight grandchildren; her twelve great-grandchildren; her two great-great grandchildren and her sister, Sue Morrison.
Scherry was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Rick Oliver.
There will not be a service due to Covid-19.
