Daniel Monigold
Daniel Monigold, 71, of Salineville, passed away Tuesday, December 11, 2018.
Born May 4, 1947 in Steubenville, Ohio, he was the son of the late Clifford and Naomi (Hawkins) Monigold.
He served in the U.S. Army and he was a truck driver for Dailey’s Refuge.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Kathy Jane Monigold; a son, Jason Matthew Booth and three brothers, Rick, Fred and Scott Monigold.
Surviving are his wife, Rhoda (Wade) Monigold of Salineville; daughters, Susan (Timothy) Deemer of Toronto, Ginger (Mark) Mills of Salineville, Danette (Bill) Grimm of Carrollton, Linsey Booth (Chad Williams) of Stroudsburg, Pa., Danielle “Dani” Monigold and Angel Monigold of Carrollton; a son, Nathaniel Monigold of Salineville; eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two brothers, John (Linda) Monigold of Minerva and Clark (Debbie) Monigold of Dover; sisters, Diana Anderson of Salineville, Jo Ann (John) Granat of Wintersville, Donna (Frank) Wade of Salineville, Susie (Darrell) Bertini of Carrollton; Penny Adkins of Salineville and Amy Dayton of Carrollton.
A celebration of Daniel’s life will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, December 16, 2018, at the Salineville Fire House, Salineville, Ohio.
The Nixon Funeral Home, Newell, WV handled arrangements.
