SALEM -- Tara Lynn Hamilton, 45, of Salem, died Sunday University Hospital in Cleveland.
Born Feb. 5, 1973 in Youngstown, she was the daughter of Tom and Darlene (Irvine) Eddinger.
A homemaker, she had worked as a waitress and was a member of Damascus Friends Church.
In addition to her parents, survivors include her husband, Chris Hamilton; a son, Mason, and a daughter, Auburn, both of Salem; and a sister Tammy Ristau.
A celebration of life service will be noon Saturday at the Brown Funeral Home with Pastor Rick Brendlinger officiating. Friends may call two hours prior to the service.
