East Palestine – Officers responded at 3:54 p.m. on Saturday to West Martin Street to a report of a shattered vehicle window. – Officers conducted a traffic stop at 8:09 p.m. on Saturday on Bacon Avenue. A K-9 indicated the odor of narcotics and offices located a crack pipe and a small amount of suspected crack cocaine on the driver floor board. Sheriff’s Office — Deputies at 1:54 p.m. Saturday assisted the Lisbon Police Department with the apprehension of a female suspect who allegedly forced her way into a nearby residence the prior evening. Deputies helped locate and eventually place into custody Meranda M. Kinsey, 58, Prospect Street, Lisbon, who was found at a Jefferson Street address in Lisbon.
