The vehicle was found just inside of Goshen Township, and the Goshen Township Police District was advised of the incident. When speaking with the driver, officers found them to be elderly and lost. Officers were given statements of the transactions and wanted charges against their son. Perry Township — Officers located a vehicle stopped in the 1400 block of Depot Road at 2:43 a.m. April 19, and found the driver Jacob Fullerton, 25, Sebring, asleep behind the wheel. Fullerton was found to be operating a vehicle impaired and was charged with OVI, obstruction of official business, and open container. — Officers responded to the 1100 block of Beechwood Road at 5:32 p.m. April 18 for a reported property dispute.
