Perry Township — Officers located a vehicle stopped in the 1400 block of Depot Road at 2:43 a.m. April 19, and found the driver Jacob Fullerton, 25, Sebring, asleep behind the wheel. Fullerton was found to be operating a vehicle impaired and was charged with OVI, obstruction of official business, and open container. — Officers responded to the 1100 block of Beechwood Road at 5:32 p.m. April 18 for a reported property dispute.
