St. Clair Township — Officers found a female with a cigarette in her mouth passed out in her vehicle on Aug. 21 on state Route 170. A passerby had woken the female up. The female told officers she works at Amazon and has been on mandatory overtime. Officers asked the female if there was anything illegal in her car and told them the only thing she uses is Kratom.
