-- Deputies were dispatched at 5:46 p.m. Saturday to Haiti Road, Washington Township, for an open 911 line. A deputy spoke with the homeowner and there was no contact with that number at the residence.
-- A man on Eagleton Road, Center Township, reported at 3:53 p.m. Saturday that a man from Maple Street, Lisbon, was making threats towards him and his family for the second time now. He was advised how to obtain a protection order.
-- A Salem Township woman on Farrington Road called at 1:20 p.m. Saturday regarding harassment on social media. She only wanted a report on file.
-- A woman on state Route 154, Elkrun Township, reported at 8:49 p.m. Friday that she sold her vehicle on July 11 this year and didn't get the license plate off of it, now she's getting bills from the Pennsylvania Turnpike in Pennsylvania. She was advised to contact the Pennsylvania Turnpike and the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles.
-- A deputy was dispatched at 5:28 p.m. Friday to Hilcorp Phoenix Pad, Middleton Road, Fairfield Township, for an assault report. A warrant was issued out of Columbiana County Municipal Court for a man from Rochester, Pa.
-- A deputy was dispatched at 4:31 p.m. Friday to Tomahawk Drive, Middleton Township, for a domestic violence report. Both parties signed a refusal.
-- A man from Hazel Run Road, Washington Township, called at 3:31 p.m. Friday to request a welfare check on his wife, who went to the residence of her ex-husband, Tenth Street Extension, Yellow Creek Township. Dispatch and a deputy spoke by phone with the woman, who said she was fine.
-- A woman on County Airport Road, Madison Township reported at 2:22 p.m. Friday that multiple property markers were removed from the property line that were put in place by a surveyor.
-- A domestic was reported at 10:57 p.m. Sept. 23 on Walnut Street, Rogers where deputies spoke to all parties involved. Deputies were told nothing physical happened and everything was verbal. The female half signed a domestic refusal. All parties separated for the night.
-- A Madison Township man called in at 7:53 p.m. Sept. 23 regarding a domestic dispute with a juvenile on Roller Coaster Road, Madison Township. Deputies investigated and no criminal charges were being pursued, with the report being sent to child protective services.
-- A man called at 5 p.m. Sept. 23 to report a suspicious person leaving a backpack near the property at DP Fuel, state Route 7, Fairfield Township, then leaving. Deputies responded and were able to locate two empty bags. The caller was told to call again if the person returns.
-- A woman from Yellow Creek Township called at 10:47 a.m. Sept. 19 regarding a possible domestic dispute. Deputies responded and there was no criminal offense committed, just a collision involving a deer. The woman was notified of the report being on file.
Highway Patrol
-- James M. Fitzgerald, 25, Kelly Park Road, Leetonia, was cited for reasonable control, operating a vehicle impaired, driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and a stop sign violation after his northeast bound vehicle on state Route 558 failed to yield at stop sign at state Route 46 and traveled off of the road, coming to rest in a creek at 11:32 p.m. Sept. 27 in Unity Township.
-- Lawrence V. Kline, 37, Buck Road, Alliance, was cited for reasonable control, OVI third offense, OVI refusal with prior within 20 years and no seat belt after his eastbound vehicle traveled off of the right side of Buck Road and struck a brick light fixture at 10:34 p.m. Sept. 25 in Knox Township. Kline suffered suspected minor injuries and was transported by Sebring EMS to Mercy Hospital, Canton.
-- Lynn M. Bilton, 79, Randolph, was cited for a stop sign violation after stopping while northbound at the sign on Fairfield School Road, then started to cross state Route 517, being struck by a westbound vehicle on state Route 517 driven by Brett A. Crawford, 47, Bessemer, Pa. At 8:06 a.m. Sept. 25 in Elkrun Township. Bilton suffered suspected minor injuries, but was not transported. Crawford wasn't injured.
-- Kevin K. Spence, 64, Beaver Falls, Pa., escaped injury after his westbound vehicle on state Route 154 struck a horse crossing the road at 6:15 a.m. Sept. 25 in Middleton Township.
-- Susan M. Phillis, 67, Francis Drive, Wellsville, suffered suspected minor injuries, but was not transported after a hit/skip accident at 4:34 p.m. Sept. 10 when another driver traveling southeast on state Route 45 went left of center and struck the side mirror of the Phillis vehicle, which was traveling northwest on state Route 45. The other vehicle left the scene.
