Highway Patrol

-- Lucas D. Tolson, 30, Freeman Road, Lisbon, was cited for reasonable control after his northbound vehicle went off of the right side of County Home Road in Center Township and struck a guardrail at 6:50 a.m. July 27. He suffered suspected minor injuries and was transported to Salem Regional Medical Center by EMT EMS.

-- Rainbow S. Balint, 44, Randel Road, Hanoverton, was cited for left of center after her eastbound vehicle crossed the center line on Clinton Street after turning off of state Route 9 and struck a westbound vehicle on Clinton Street driven by William A. McGuire, 37, U.S. Route 30, Lisbon, at 9:43 a.m. July 25 in Hanover Township. No injuries were reported.

-- Caleb A. Duncan, 18, Batavia, was cited for improper backing after backing out of a private drive and striking an eastbound vehicle on state Route 344 driven by Matthew T. Hannigan, 30, South Lincoln Avenue, Salem, at 3:04 p.m. July 24 in Fairfield Township. No injuries were reported.

-- Zachary T. Baker, 38, Homestead Boulevard, East Liverpool, was cited for reasonable control after his westbound vehicle traveled off of U.S. Route 30 and struck an embankment at 12:20 p.m. July 21 in St. Clair Township. No injuries were reported.

-- Robert L. Hays, 36, Sharp Street, Salem, was cited for reasonable control after losing control while turning westbound onto Teegarden Road from northbound state Route 45, crossing the center line and striking an eastbound vehicle driven by Frank D. Faulkiner, 65, North Ellsworth Avenue, Salem at 12:17 p.m. July 21 in Salem Township. Faulkiner suffered a possible injury. Hays wasn't injured.

-- Jaykobe A.W. Johnson, 24, Smithfield Street, East Liverpool, was cited for reasonable control after losing control of his eastbound vehicle on state Route 518, traveling off of the road and striking a ditch at 7:19 a.m. July 20 in Madison Township. He suffered suspected minor injuries and was transported by West Point EMS to East Liverpool City Hospital.
