-- While on the scene of a separate incident officers heard screaming in the 500 block of Walnut Street at 10:01 p.m. Thursday. Officers located an intoxicated man arguing with their significant other and they were advised to keep the noise down and issued a warning for disorderly conduct.
-- A hit and skip where a vehicle struck a cyclist was reported at 9:47 p.m. Thursday. Officers checked the area but were unable to find any matching the description given at that time.
-- Officers spoke with a person at the police department at 9:25 p.m. Thursday. The person advised that someone had walked up to him and his friend, started an argument, and then punched him in the face. The person had video and pictures of the incident, and the incident is under investigation.
-- Officers assisted the Perry Township Police Department with a fight in the 1600 block of Van Buren Avenue at 5:40 p.m. Thursday.
-- Juveniles using vulgar language were reported in the first block of Court Drive at 5:35 p.m. Thursday. Officers located multiple juveniles at the basketball courts, and all were asked to watch their language and advised they understood.
-- Officers spoke with a juvenile and their parent at the police department regarding a dispute at 3:13 p.m. Thursday. Officers advised them that better communication would benefit both parties and to remain separated for the rest of the day and revisit the conversation tomorrow.
-- Officers spoke with a person at the police department in the 1600 block of Pennsylvania Avenue at 12:21 p.m. Thursday regarding a dispute where they were allegedly grabbed by the other party.
-- Christopher Burcaw, North Benton, was cited for failure to obey a traffic control device after his westbound vehicle on East State Street ran a red light and struck a vehicle driven southbound on North Ellsworth Avenue by Brooklyn Croyle, Warren, at 6:51 a.m. Thursday.

-- After receiving a report of possible drug activity at the Dollar General parking lot on West 7th Street on July 10, officers requested a K-9 due to the driver of the car having a drug history. The K-9 gave a positive alert on the vehicle, but a search of the vehicle turned up nothing illegal.
-- Officers were able to calm down the two parties involved in a verbal argument inside an East 4th Street apartment on July 10, after speaking with the couple who said nothing physical had happened.
-- Officers checked the area of Sunnyside Street on July 10 searching for a vehicle that was reported to be driving around the area trying to start a fight with the caller who reported it.
-- Officers searched an Oliver Street residence on July 10 for a vehicle that was involved in a pursuit with Liverpool Township police earlier that night.
-- Officers investigated a report of two people that were drunk and lying on a concrete pad on Drury Lane on July 10. When officers arrived, they were told the two had already left.

-- Officers assisted Liverpool Township Police with clearing a vehicle that had been involved in a pursuit with them earlier that day. The vehicle which was found parked at Clark Avenue location off the road and in the grass was towed.
-- An officer investigated after receiving a report on July 10 of a young juvenile playing in the road on Lisbon Street.
-- An officer spoke with First Class Towing and arranged to have a vehicle parked in the parking Lot of the New Castle School of Trades towed and stored at no expense to the owner, since they were unable to reach the owner and the vehicle was in the way of the car show.
-- Officers investigated a disturbance report on July 11 where the caller who wanted to remain anonymous and not talk to police said a male entered Mrs. C's Pizza and attempted to sell them drugs and when the caller refused the male pulled a knife out. Officers spoke to the subjects and the restaurant owner who said they did not see or hear anything.
-- Aaron Delo, age and address not provided, was issued a citation for no driver's license and fictitious plates during a July 11 traffic stop on West 7th Street for failing to signal while making a right turn. First Class Towing impounded the vehicle.
-- Officers conducted a welfare check on a juvenile at Northside Street residence on July 11. An officer spoke with the juvenile who said he was fine but did not want to live with his grandmother anymore.
-- Officers issued a parking citation for a truck parked on the sidewalk on St. Clair Avenue on July 11 and called for a tow truck to take the vehicle. Another officer was able to reach the owner who was given the option to move the truck before the tow truck arrived. The driver moved the truck.
-- Officers spoke to several people who were reported to be fighting on Lincoln Avenue on July 11. An officer spoke to a male who said a female had smacked him but he did not want to press charges. The female told an officer that she was arguing with the male who refused to get out of the car. Officers were able to calm all parties down and the male left.
-- Joseph Mason, 42, address not provided, was issued a misdemeanor and a court date for an open container after officers observed him with a tallboy on July 11 in Nikki's parking lot while responding to a complaint about him being drunk and harassing people. Mason said no when the officer asked if he was harassing people.
-- Officers gave a courtesy ride to a male who was found intoxicated and lying on the tracks near Riverside Park on July 11. The male stated he had a few Twisted Teas and was walking back to the tent where he was living. Officers told him he was not permitted to walk on the tracks and transported him to his boss's residence where he was staying.
-- After receiving multiple calls for a male walking in the roadway on state Route 39 on July 11, officers were able to locate to male who appeared to have a mental handicap and told the officers he was going for a walk on the bridge. Officers were able to get the male's stepfather's name and transport the male to his residence. An officer obtained the contact number for the stepfather in case they received any more calls on the male.
-- Officers investigating a disturbance at an Ohio Avenue residence on July 11 spoke to a male who said a female who came in through his basement door was not allowed at the residence and he wanted her removed and trespassed from his property. The female was removed from the property and told if she returned, she would be arrested for criminal trespass.
-- An officer responding to a report of a dirtbike being ridden up and down Lincoln Avenue on July 11 spoke to the owner who said he was riding his dirtbike, just coasting it down Lincoln Avenue to his house and he was going to the gas station to get gas in it. The officer advised him that he was not allowed to ride it on city streets and if he wanted to get gas in it to get a gas can or push it to the gas station.
-- The grandfather of a toddler who was reported to be walking around Princeton Street on July 11 told officers the toddler had somehow unlocked the door and got out of the house when he wasn't looking and that he would be getting safety locks to prevent the child from getting out again.
