— Chandler Robinson, Salem, was arrested for criminal damage for allegedly removing a section of fencing on the property of a business in the 500 block of South Broadway Avenue.

— A domestic in progress was reported in the 400 block of Franklin Avenue at 1:02 a.m. Friday. Officers spoke with both parties involved and received conflicting stories. The case will be sent for review.

— Officers spoke with a person at the police department at 11:54 p.m. Thursday about ongoing harassment. The person in question had previously been instructed to cease all contact and had posted sexual images involving the caller. The case will be sent to the prosecutor’s office for review with charges pending.

— Officers spoke with a person at the police department at 10:40 p.m. Thursday regarding a runaway juvenile. The juvenile was entered into LEADS and the guardian was advised to call if they returned home.

— A fight was reported in the 500 block of Washington Avenue at 7:55 p.m. Thursday for a reported fight. Officers determined that the involved parties had been drinking, and a verbal argument had turned physical. Both were advised to stay away from another or they would be arrested. They both refused medical treatment.

— A combative patient was reported in the 2500 block of Bentley Drive at 7:33 p.m. Thursday. Officers spoke with the person in question, and they agreed to go to the hospital and be checked out.

— Officers checked on a woman who had fallen in an alley in the 300 block of West Fourth Street at 4:38 p.m. Thursday. The woman was eventually transported to the emergency room.

— Theft was reported in the 100 block of West Eighth Street at 1:10 p.m. Thursday. The caller advised that sometime in the last few days several instruments, including a depth finder, short wave radio and fish finder, had been stolen from his boat while it was parked by his residence.

— A possibly stolen license plate was reported in the 100 block of East Third Street at 8:58 a.m. Thursday. The caller advised that sometime over the past couple of days his license plate had either fallen off or been taken off of his vehicle. The caller completed a missing/stolen plate form to be entered into LEADS.
