Columbiana
— Police responded to private property crashes March 13 at 1:33 p.m. in the 1100 block of state Route 11 and at 4:16 p.m. in the 100 block of South Main Street.
— An officer responded to suspicious activity at 3:02 p.mm March 9 in the 600 block of state Route 7.
Wellsville
— Officers responded on March 6 to a report that a child had been bitten by a dog near Pepe Mini Mart and was taken to the East Liverpool hospital. Officers were able to locate the house of the dog’s owner on Clark Street. They spoke with a female who said the dog which belongs to her boyfriend was the dog that bit the child. The owner of the dog said the dog was outside in an enclosed fence and must have gotten out of the fence. Officers contacted the dog pound, and a dog warden came to the residence to speak with the owner.
— Bryan Adams, age and address not provided, was charged with assault and theft on March 8 after his ex-girlfriend who had blood on mouth/face while speaking with officers, told officers he punched her in the face while she was trying to get her phone back from him. The female told the officers her stolen phone had a large amount of money on her Cashapp account, and she was worried he would transfer that money.
