— A woman on Shelton Road, Butler Township reported at 10:08 p.m. Saturday that her ex-boyfriend of Sebring followed her while she was driving her vehicle from Salem back to her residence and also said that he’s encouraging people to assault her, when she sees him out in public places.

— A caller at 7:11 p.m. Saturday reported a man in the roadway on Church Hill Road, Elkrun Township, yelling get an ambulance. Deputies spoke with the man, who was from New Waterford and said he was lost and tired of walking. EMT Ambulance checked him out and he declined medical attention. A deputy provided him with a courtesy ride to East Lincoln Way at Harrison Street, Lisbon.

— A suspicious man was reported walking in the roadway Saturday evening on Georgetown Road at Rochester Road, Knox Township. A deputy checked the area, but didn’t find anyone.

— A woman on Main Street, Knox Township reported at 6:48 p.m. Saturday that a man from Alliance was at the Cross Eyed Moose in Knox Township. Dispatch advised that the man has multiple active warrants out of Columbiana County. Upon arrival, he left and went to a residence on Main Street, Knox Township, but when deputies spoke with the resident, the resident said he wasn’t there.

— A man on Georgetown Road, Knox Township reported at 3:12 p.m. Saturday that his neighbor was setting off dynamite. A deputy checked the area, but found no one.

— An open 911 line was reported at 5:23 p.m. Friday at United Local school, state Route 9, Hanover Township, but nothing was found.

— A deputy was dispatched at 8:11 p.m. Thursday to Depot Road at Baker Road in Center Township to check the welfare of a woman who was walking. The caller who stopped to see if she needed assistance said the woman told her she was assaulted. The deputy did not find her.

— A resident on Oakridge Road, Yellow Creek Township, reported at 7:50 p.m. Thursday that he and his landlord were having a disagreement over him cutting wood on the property. He was advised this was a civil matter and to contact an attorney.

— A woman on Raley Road, Elkrun Township reported at 3 p.m. Thursday that she had no trespassing signs posted on her property and she has told a Salem Township man multiple times to stay off of her property. She said she doesn’t want to speak with him.

— A man in Florida reported at 2:49 p.m. Thursday that he owns property on Darlington Road, Middleton Township and somehow his property was listed for sale on Zillow, by someone claiming to be him. He said he’s in the process of getting this resolved with the realtor company.

— A man on U.S. Route 30, Center Township reported at 1:47 p.m. Thursday that his ex-girlfriend has a protection order filed against him and she continues to drive by his residence and follow him around in her vehicle.

— Deputies responded at 4:27 a.m. Thursday for a call of shots fired in the area of Hazel Run Road and Clarks Mill Road in Washington Township. Deputies checked the area and did not locate anyone or any evidence of gun shots being fired.

— A woman on state Route 45, Madison Township filed a telecommunications harassment report at 3:52 p.m. Sept. 23. A warrant was issued for a woman out of Columbiana County Municipal Court.

— Deputies responded at 2:16 a.m. Sept. 23 to the Madison Township garage for a report of lights being on in one of the dump trucks and some compartments being opened on other equipment. Deputies located the dump truck which only had its tail lights on, but no others. The vehicle was secured and it appeared to be faulty wiring. Deputies found further compartments on a mini-excavator opened, however there was damage on the machine that prevented the compartments from being closed. The damage appeared to be from being struck by another vehicle. Deputies found all the equipment and buildings secure.
