Lisbon

— Officers responded at 4:26 a.m. to West Washington Street on Saturday to the report of a possible gunshot near the Juvenile Court. After patrolling the area, no one was spotted nor was any more shots heard.

— Officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on Saturday at 10:58 p.m. on North Market Street for no headlights. Police subsequently arrested the operator of the vehicle, Randall Richards, 48, of Lisbon, and charged him with OVI.

— Officers responded at 2:09 p.m. on Thursday to Hornsby House on Rose Drive to conduct a standby for EMT while a subject was being pink slipped. Police stood by until they were no longer needed.

— Officers responded to West Washington Street at 12:28 a.m. on June 10 for a fire alarm. Upon arrival, the resident advised that it was just burnt food.

— Officers responded at 8:20 p.m. on June 8. Officers Police made contact with the subject who admitted to smoking marijuana but stated that they were fine and not having any issues. The subject answered all questions, cognitively, and was not deemed a threat to themselves.

— An officer was flagged down by Smith Oil employees while on patrol at 9:16 p.m. on June 7. An employee reported a white Toyota vehicle being driven by a white male had failed to pay for gas before driving off. Employee was unable to give further description to assist in locating. Officers checked the surrounding area for the vehicle and were unable to locate it.

— Officers responded at 8:28 p.m. on June 7 to Steubenville Pike Road to assist the Columbiana County Sheriff’s Office with an arrest of a wanted subject. Upon arrival, police located the subject, Savanna L. McKee, 29, of Lisbon, and took her into custody without incident. McKee was transported to the Columbiana County jail complex by a deputy.

— Officers responded to Sherman Street at 12:07 a.m. on June 4 to speak with an individual who found signs of attempted forced entry into an unoccupied structure. The incident is under investigation.

East Palestine

— Officers responded at 11:26 p.m. to Garfield Ave. to a noise complaint on Monday. Officers heard nothing loud in the area but after waiting on scene heard loud music coming from behind the residence. Officers found an unoccupied radio and spoke with the occupants of the home about the complaint.

— Officers received a report at 6:46 p.m. on Monday from a resident on W. North Ave. to a report from a woman who advised her mother-in-law had threatened to kill her and her mother.

— Officers received a report at 5:59 p.m. on Monday from a resident on W. Main St. who reported that someone had entered his residence without his permission, obtained a key for his ATV and then stole the ATV sometime overnight.

— Officers responded at 10:17 pm. On Sunday to a report of someone knocking on doors and running away on E. Adams St. Officers checked the area but could not locate the subject.

— Officers responded at 9:23 p.m. to Tiger Smoke and Vape on N. Market after receiving a report that someone had broken into the store and stole items. Officers later arrested Andrew Freed, no address or age provided, and charged him with breaking and entering.

— Officers received a report at 4:06 p.m. on Sunday from a resident on East St. who advised he had found objectionable material on his 11-year-old son’s cell phone.

— Officers responded at 3:26 a.m. to a disturbance on Alice St. At the scene, officers found an injured a male who was later transported to an area hospital by EMS. Following an investigation, Dillion Gloeckner, no age or address provided, was arrested and charged with four counts of furnishing alcohol to underaged persons, two counts of assault and one count of sexual imposition

— Officers responded at 11:22 p.m. on Saturday to W. Martin St. regarding a possible domestic. The matter is under investigation.

— Officers responded at 8:29 p.m. on Friday to Highland Ave. regarding a fireworks complaint. Officers spoke with residents who said they would stop.

— Officers responded at 3:42 p.m. to S. Market St. for a possible overdose. A male was transported to an area hospital.

— Officers responded at 11:40 a.m. to state Route 170 regarding a theft on Thursday. The resident advised that he returned home to find his door had been pried open and bottles of prescription medication were missing. A report was taken.

— Officers spoke to a woman at 9:46 p.m. at the station on Wednesday regarding a custody dispute. She advised that her sister was refusing to return her juvenile daughter to her. Officers spoke to the sister who agreed to bring the child to the station and she was returned to her custodial mother.

— Officers responded to a report at 1:12 a.m. on Wednesday of a couple arguing on W. Clark St. The parties had already gone inside when the officer arrived.
