— A woman on Buck Road, Knox Township reported at 10:42 p.m. Thursday that her 17-year-old grandson has been getting harassed for more than a year now by another teen from West Township.

— A woman on Brookfield Street, Center Township reported at 5:12 p.m. Thursday that a man from Center Township was harassing her through social media messenger and was going to come to her residence. She was advised how to obtain a protection order.

— Deputies at 3:39 a.m. Thursday checked the area of a 911 open line call near Scroggs Road and state Route 154, but did not locate anyone. The call was from a cell phone and the voicemail was not set up.

— Deputies were dispatched at 9:41 p.m. Wednesday to state Route 7, Fairfield Township, for a welfare check. Deputies spoke with the person, who said they were fine and the only issue was with the caller for the welfare check.

— A domestic violence incident was reported at 7:36 p.m. Wednesday on Hamilton Road, Unity Township, where a deputy responded. A refusal to prosecute was signed and the parties involved separated for the night.

— A suspicious person was reported at 6:12 p.m. Wednesday on Beeson Mill Road, Fairield Township, who did not know where they were. A deputy spoke to the person who advised they needed to go to the hospital. Leetonia EMS transported the person to Salem Regional Medical Center in Salem.

— A woman on Jimtown Road, Unity Township reported at 6 p.m. Wednesday that her daughter is at a relative’s residence in East Palestine and when she went there, the relative would not let her daughter go with her. She was advised to have East Palestine police escort her back to the residence.

— A man on Main Street, Hanoverton reported at 2:51 p.m. Wednesday that his neighbor keeps parking an RV in the alley, but has since moved it.

— Deputies responded at 1:59 a.m. Wednesday to the Dollar General in Damascus for people parking a car near the dumpsters and walking toward Alliance on U.S. Route 62. While deputies were en route, the people returned to the vehicle and the vehicle left. Deputies checked the Dollar General building and the U.S. Route 62 Storage and did not find any evidence of damage or tampering.

— Deputies responded at 1:36 a.m. Wednesday to state Route 45, Center Township for a report of multiple juveniles trespassing and possibly vandalizing property. Deputies did not locate any juveniles or any evidence of vandalism.

— A woman on Ellsworth Avenue, West Township reported at 10:12 p.m. Tuesday that she was driving westbound on U.S. Route 30 in East Rochester, West Township, when a vehicle in front of her stopped and a man got out of the vehicle with a firearm. She drove away and went home. A deputy checked the area for a silver hatchback, but didn’t find the vehicle.

— A 911 hangup call was reported at 9:36 p.m. Tuesday in the 10000 block of Plymouth Street, Hanoverton, with deputies checking the area, but making no contact.

— A man on U.S. Route 30, West Township, reported a suspicious person at 8:33 p.m. Tuesday, noting that a person on an ATV drove past his residence multiple times. A deputy checked the area, but didn’t find anyone.

— Deputies responded at 3:36 a.m. Tuesday to an active alarm at Winona Frozen Foods, Whinnery Road, Butler Township. The building was checked and appeared secure.
