— Officers responded at 4:43 p.m. on Monday to a report of a man threatening someone with a gun on Bacon Avenue. The matter is under investigation.

— Officers responded at 2:22 p.m. on Monday to the city park to a report of a car on the walking trail.

— Officers responded at 12:09 a.m. on Saturday to Wood Street to a disturbance involving name calling.

— Officers responded at 8:31 p.m. on May 2 to a report of juveniles in the roadway.

— Officers responded at 7:35 p.m. on May 2 to Wood Street for a report of loud music. Officers found a semi truck playing music at an “unreasonably high level.” Officers asked the driver to turn down the music and he did.

— Officers responded on May 2 at 5:38 p.m. to West Main Street to a report of suicidal man. The man was transported to an area hospital.

— Officers spoke to a woman on May 2 at 3:27 p.m. regarding a custody issue. Officers advised it was a civil matter.

— Officers spoke to a woman on May 2 at 1:56 p.m. regarding a protection order.

— Officers responded on May 2 at 12:42 a.m. to a report of a suspicious person in the area of Forbes Street.

— Officers responded on May 1 at 10:33 p.m. to a welfare check request on Western Avenue.

Lisbon

— Officers received a report on Tuesday at 4:23 p.m. from a woman who advised that she received a text message from an unknown number. She advised that the texter sent her nude photos that she had taken of herself. She said that she asked who it was sending the message and they did not answer. She also advised that she had not sent any nudes to anyone in a long time. Officers advised her of a potential scam.

— Officers responded to a private property vehicle accident at Save-A-Lot at 1:22 p.m. on Tuesday.

— Officers responded on Monday at 12:56 p.m. to a report of a mini bike on the road on West Washington Street.

— Officers responded at 6:08 p.m. on Monday to a dropped an alarm on Lincole Way.

— Officers responded to North Market Street to speak to a resident on Monday at 5:32 p.m. on Monday at the request of the East Palestine Police Department to ask the resident to call the EPPD.

— Officers responded at 8:19 p.m. on Sunday to a suicidal female at the Christina House. Officers waited for EMS to arrive and transport the women to an area hospital.

— Officers responded on Sunday at 2:23 p.m. to a suicidal male in the parking lot of the police department. The male was transported to an area hospital by EMS to arrive where they then transported him to the hospital.

— Officers responded at 10:11 a.m. to Morrs St. on Sunday to a medical alert.

— Officers responded at 1:52 a.m. on Sunday to West Washington Street for a report of a male having trouble breathing. On arrival officers stayed with the male until the arrival of EMS personnel.

— Officers responded at 2:32 a.m. to North Market Street for a report of glass breaking and yelling. Officers arrived and found a party of people breaking plates and screaming to let out frustrations of past relationships. The party was warned about their noise.

— Officers were dispatched Saturday at 11:44 p.m. to North Market Street for a possible domestic. Officers arrived and found multiple parties having a verbal argument, and a couple was given a courtesy ride to their home on Chestnut Street to separate all parties.

— Officers responded at 5:11 p.m. on May 1 to East Lincoln Way for a neighbor complaint. A man reported that a tree branch fell over the fence and onto his property and that the tree branch is still connected to the tree on the property of his neighbor. The man advised he has been able to make contact with the neighbor.

— Officers responded at 12:12 p.m. on April 30 to a report of a female yelling and threatening someone with a bat at H&R Block on North Marker Street. Officers advised the women to stop yelling and making threats or she would be charged, she was also advised that if she came back dhe would be arrested for disorderly conduct.

— Officers responded at 5:02 p.m. on April 29 to Circle K on North Market Street to a private property crash.

— Officers responded at 12:04 p.m. on April 29 to the Morning Journal on Maple Street to a lockout.

Columbiana

— Found property turned into police from Columbiana High School at 8:46 a.m. May 2.

— Officers responded at 11:29 a.m. April 30 to the 100 block of Manor Drive for a disturbance. The subject was deemed to be having a mental health crisis and voluntarily transported to Salem hospital.

— An employee of Miladin Chiropractic was trespassed from Natural Blessings at 4:41 p.m. April 29.

— Robert Brooks, of East Liverpool, was cited at 11:50 a.m. April 29 for expired registration and open container near West Park Avenue and Union Street.

— A disabled vehicle was located at 10:30 p.m. April 26 on state Route 14 and Lucretia Lane and towed.

— Police took a complaint on station at 6:35 p.m. April 25 regarding a custody dispute.

— Officers reported at 10:31 a.m. April 25 to the 400 block of North Elm Street for a property dispute.

— Jawna Stokes, of North Lima, was arrested at 9:39 p.m. April 24 for resisting and obstructing official business after a traffic stop in the 100 block of east State Route 14. She became non-compliant when officers gained probable cause to search her vehicle and eventually was drive stunned. After officers gained control, she was set to the hospital for evaluation before jail.

— Rebecca Beach, of Columbiana, was arrested at 4:51 p.m. April 23 on an OVI charge at the Columbiana police station, where she had come to discuss another incident.

— A suicidal male was located at 11 a.m. April 23 near state Routes 7 and 14 before being transported to the hospital.

— Anthony Williamson, of Erie, Pa., was arrested at 9:18 pm. April 21 on a charge of open container, following a traffic stop near Wendy’s.

— Officers were dispatched at 5:17 a.m. April 21 to investigate a theft by an unidentified female at Duke and Duchess.

— Police made contact with Savanna Seth and Travis Swinehart shortly after midnight April 21 near Pittsburgh and Spruce streets regarding a suspicious illegally parked vehicle. No citations were noted.

Perry Township

— Officers responded to the railroad tracks on South Lincoln Avenue at 1:42 a.m. Thursday to look for a woman. The police department was looking for a woman currently believed to be threatening self-harm.

— Officers responded to the 1900 block of South Lincoln Avenue at 8:10 p.m. Tuesday for a report of a juvenile who stole money from his grandmother. Officers spoke with the juvenile and the grandmother, and the money was returned along with purchased items, and the juvenile was given a warning.

— Officers responded to the 1700 block of Harding Avenue at 5:39 p.m. Tuesday for a reported dog-at-large. The caller advised that his neighbor was trespassing on his side of the property while her dog was loose. While officers were speaking with the neighbor the caller’s dog got loose and came over to her side of the property. Both parties were advised to keep their dogs in their yards and to stay off each other’s property.
