— A man on Hibbetts Mill Road, Yellow Creek Township reported at 4:10 p.m. Saturday that sometime overnight, the lug nuts on his vehicle were loosened.

— A woman on U.S. Route 30, West Township reported at 10:02 p.m. Friday that a man who isn’t supposed to be on her property was parked in her driveway and multiple times he has been behind her while she’s been driving or driving by her in his vehicle. She was advised how to obtain a protection order and to contact the courts.

— A deputy was dispatched at 7:22 p.m. Friday to the parking lot of North Fork Little Beaver Creek, Pancake Clarkson Road, Middleton Township, for a person who attempted suicide by taking multiple amounts of medication. Northstar EMS transported the person to East Liverpool City Hospital in East Liverpool.

— A man on Spillway Road, Hanover Township, reported at 7 p.m. Friday that he was having a custody issue with his children’s mother. He was told to contact an attorney.

— A telecommunications harassment report was taken on Pancake Clarkson Road, Middleton Township, at 9:32 p.m. Thursday. A warrant for telecommunications harassment was issued out of Columbiana County Municipal Court for a St. Clair Township man for telecommunications harassment.
