Perry Township
— Officers responded to the 1100 block of Prospect Street at 12:50 p.m. Sunday to assist Salem officers with a trespass complaint. Officers stood by until no longer needed.
— Officers took a report of telecommunications harassment by phone at 12:06 p.m. Sunday for a report of phone harassment. Officers advised the woman to block the people on Facebook and stop contacting them.
— Officers responded to the 1300 block of North Union Avenue at 12:12 p.m. Sunday for a possible water line break. Officers did locate what appeared to be a waterline break and advised dispatch to contact the water department.
— Officers responded to the 400 block of Plymouth Place at 7:46 a.m. Sunday for a wellness check one a woman who seemed confused. Officers spoke with the woman and later her caretaker about the incident.
— Officers responded to the 100 block of West Sixteenth Street at 12:37 a.m. Sunday to assist Salem officers with a reported fight between a large number of people. Officers assisted until no longer needed.
— Officers responded to the area of state Route 45 at 11:06 p.m. Saturday for a reported reckless operator. Officers checked the area but were unable to locate the vehicle.
— Officers responded to the 1100 block of Hampton Place at 9:31 a.m. Friday for a reported suspicious person. Officers found that it was a contractor working on a fence.
— Officers responded to Salem Acres at 10:02 p.m. Feb. 19 for a report of a vehicle that had been running for a while. Contact was made with the owner who had left it on.
Columbiana
— A female living in Cuyahoga Falls reported a theft at 8:18 p.m. Feb. 22 and was directed to follow with her legal jurisdiction, which upon followup told the officer that the female suffers from mental illness.
— Adam Brooks, of East Liverpool, was cited for driving under suspension at 11:10 p.m. Feb. 21 in the 4000 block of state Route 7.
— Dakota R. Robinson, no hometown listed, was cited at 6:45 p.m. Feb. 20 in the 500 block of Lisbon Street for driving under an OVI suspension and speeding, after a routine traffic stop.
— Aubrey W. Trayvich, of Petersburg, was arrested at 3:05 p.m. Feb. 19 on a charge of drug paraphernalia. She also possessed a large amount of suspected cocaine, which was discovered during her traffic stop.
— Eric Whittenberger, of Columbiana, was cited at 8:40 p.m. Feb. 18 for driving under suspension after a traffic stop.
— Police received a call at 8:47 a.m. Feb. 18 that a city truck hit a building in the vicinity of McDonald’s. No other information is available regarding the incident.
— Elliot Barwinski, of Youngstown, was cited at 10:45 p.m. Feb. 17 for driving under suspension and speeding on Main Street.
Leetonia
— No citation was issued to a vehicle in the roadway near Front and Chestnut streets with an equipment issue at 6:20 a.m. Feb. 27. The female driver was advised to put her bright lights and flashers on after dropping her husband off at work until she arrived at her destination.
— Police were dispatched at 12:49 p.m. Feb. 26 to the 900 block of Cherry Valley for a suicidal female. She was transported to the hospital by Columbiana EMS and the officer cleared the scene.
— Police responded at 3:20 a.m Feb. 27 to assist with an abandoned dog confined in what appeared to be an unattended trailer in the 900 block of Cherry Valley.
St. Clair Township
— Officers searched the area of state Route 267 and Westerfield Road to Broadview Circle for a juvenile runaway on Feb.12.
— Officers contacted Calcutta Towing to assist with a vehicle that lost a tire on St. Clair Avenue on Feb.12.
— Rachel Mazza, 35, address not provided, was taken into custody on Feb. 13 for active warrants after officers responded to a report of a female looking distressed, sitting in the Huntington Bank parking lot. After officers identified her and confirmed a warrant, she was placed under arrest. During the arrest, officers found she had a burnt pipe with residue on her along with several different kinds of suspected narcotics.
