— Officers stood by at a Dresden Avenue residence on Feb. 6 while a resident moved belongings from the property. While doing so officers were informed that one of the males helping, Samuel Masters, 48, (address not provided), had an outstanding warrant. The warrant was confirmed, and Masters was taken into custody and transported to the Columbiana County Jail.
— Officers responded on Feb. 6 to an East 5th Street residence for a female reporting she heard people in her apartment.
— Officers spoke with a couple at a Jennings Avenue residence on Feb. 6 regarding a possible domestic dispute. Officers advised the female to seek a protection order and suggested one of them leave the residence for the night.
— A driver was issued a warning for no turn signal and no seatbelt during a Feb. 6 traffic stop on Broadway Street.
— Officers responded to a private property crash at East Liverpool High School on Feb. 6.
— Officers issued a driver a verbal warning for a broken driver side light following a Feb. 6 traffic stop on Dresden Avenue.

— Officers spoke with a male and female who were arguing at Jefferson Street residence on Feb. 7. Both parties said it was all verbal and the male agreed to leave the residence.
— A juvenile on a minibike lead police on a brief chase after they tried to conduct a traffic stop on Feb. 7. Once the juvenile stopped officers had him call his mother and she was advised of what happened. Officers advised the juvenile what would happen next time he is caught out on the road.
— Perry Guire, age and address not provided, was issued a citation and court date for expired tags following a Fe. 7 traffic stop on state Route 39.
— Derek Thompson, 30, address not provided, was arrested at a Lincoln Avenue residence on Feb. 7 for active warrants.
— Officers responded to a possible domestic at an East 5th Street residence on Feb. 8. Officers talked with a female who said the male was intoxicated and threw whiskey in her face and that she has a no contact order against through the sheriff’s office. Officers were unable to talk to the male who left before they arrived.
— Officers arrived to a domestic dispute between a male and a female at a Lemon Street residence on Feb. 7. The male wanted the female who did not live there removed after they got into an argument over him cheating. The female agreed to leave.
— Officers found a Blakely Street residence to be secure after responding to a possible breaking and entering call on Feb.7.
— Officers conducted a traffic stop on Feb.7 on Harker Avenue and issued the driver a verbal warning for a loud exhaust and broken taillight.
— A driver was released following a Feb.7 traffic stop on Jefferson Street for a suspended license when the driver showed a valid license.

— Kathy Williams, age and address not provided, was issued a citation for using her cell phone while driving following a Feb. 7 traffic stop on state Route 170.
— An officer stopped on state Route 170 on Feb. 7 after noticing a trooper from OHP with a stopped vehicle to see if the trooper needed anything.
— Officers found the Long John Silver’s on state Route 170 to be secure with exterior doors locked after responding to an alarm drop at the location on Feb. 7.
— Officers spoke to the driver of a vehicle that had been reported to be parked at Sheetz for over an hour on Feb. 7. The driver told the officer they were changing a baby’s diaper in the back seat. The driver checked clear for any warrants.
— Alexis Jackson, age and address not provided, was arrested and charged with petty theft after officers responded to a shoplifting report at Walmart on Feb. 7. Jackson was observed by Walmart loss prevention failing to scan items totaling $85.46 at the self-checkout.
— A driver was issued a verbal warning for speeding through the intersection of state Route 170 and East Liverpool Road to beat the light following a traffic stop on Feb. 7.
— An officer stopped to check on a pick-up truck sitting at the traffic light at state Route 170 and St. Clair Avenue on Feb. 8. While the officer was checking the vehicle a male walked across from Sheetz and said he had run out of gas and was getting gas in a can. The male got the vehicle started.
— Officers responded to a McCoy Avenue residence on Feb.8 for a report of a suicidal female. They found the female and her boyfriend standing in the doorway arguing. The female told officers it had got a little physical, but she did not want to press charges. Both of them told officers everything would be fine.
— A female came to the station to fill out a statement over a civil case regarding some personal items she had at a Riverside Avenue residence in Wellsville which is her ex-boyfriend’s property.
— Officers found the Head Start building on St. Clair Avenue to be secure after responding to an alarm drop at the location on Feb.8.
— Jorge Lopez, age and address not provided, was issued a citation for speed following a Feb. 8 traffic stop on Dresden Avenue.
— Officers did a walk through with the manager and found everything in order after responding to a Feb. 8 alarm drop at Giant Eagle.
