Highway Patrol
--Richard Lockhart, of Monroeville Heights in Salineville, was southbound at 7:30 p.m. Sept. 6 on state Route 164 in Center Township when he struck a tree in the roadway.
--Tyler Anderson, of Louisville Street in Homeworth, was westbound at 3:30 p.m. Sept. 5 on Georgetown Road in Knox Township when he struck an overhead bridge with his vehicle. He was cited for failure to maintain an assured clear distance.
--Igor Sprankle, of Youngstown, was southbound on Scroggs Road at 6:45 p.m. Sept. 3 in Elkrun Township when his tractor trailer traveled off the left side of the road and hit two trees. He was cited for reasonable control.

--Leonard B. Keyes, of Newell, was arrested Aug. 2 on a capias warrant.
--Lindsey K. Buzzard, of East Liverpool, was arrested Aug. 4 on charges of possession of a controlled substance and driving while license suspended (admin, third offense)
--Jasmine A. Portis, of New Cumberland, was arrested Aug. 8 on a charge of driving while license suspended (second offense).
--Anthony T. Bowles, of New Cumberland, was arrested Aug. 8 on a charge of possession of methamphetamine.
--Angel D. Bowles, of New Cumberland, was arrested Aug. 8 on charges of DUI (first offense) and driving while suspended.
--Aaron R. Cunningham, of Salineville, was arrested Aug. 8 on charges of DUI (drug) and driving while suspended.
--Adam L. Kern, of Weirton, was arrested Aug. 9 on a DUI with injury charge.
--Savannah N. Dubray, of East Liverpool, was arrested Aug. 10 on a charge of DUI (first offense).
--Chad M. Lauri, of Wellsburg, was arrested Aug.10 on a charge of DUI (first offense).

--Kaleb J. Farnsworth, of East Liverpool, was arrested Aug. 23 on a charge of domestic battery.
--Dante R. Wells, of Chester, was arrested Aug. 24 on charges of shoplifting, obstructing and public intoxication.

--Derek R. Bragg, of Newell, was arrested Aug. 25 on charges of DUI and possession of marijuana.
--Clarence D. England, of Chester, was arrested Aug. 26 on a charge of domestic battery.
--Melissa S. Dale-PIckell, of Newell, was arrested Aug. 27 on six counts of child neglect with risk of bodily injury.
--Carl W. Dillow Jr., of New Cumberland, was arrested Aug. 27 on a charge of being a fugitive from justice.
--Victoria N. Black, of Wheeling, was served Aug. 19 with a capias warrant
Columbiana
--A female subject came on station at 2:48 p.m. Sept. 6 to report a missing computer.
--Frank Kuhn, of New Waterford, was cited at 4:22 a.m. Sept. 6 for driving under suspension and obedience to traffic control device following a traffic stop near state Routes 14 and 164.
--A female subject came on station at 12:29 p.m. Sept. 5 to speak with an officer about winning $8 million and the people are coming to her house. The officer advised her it was a scam and to call if anyone continues to harass her.
--A subject came on station at 12:08 p.m. Sept. 5 to report menacing threats.
--Police spoke with an upset parent at 9:28 a.m. Sept 5 in Columbiana Middle School in reference to the school's transportation.
--Justin D. Davis, of Columbiana was arrested on an active warrant through the Columbiana County Sheriff's Office in the 100 block of East state Route 14 .
--A motorcyclist led officers on a pursuit at 5:31 p.m. Sept. 2 in the area of state Routes 7 and 14. Police had attempted to execute a traffic stop on a black and green sport cycle for a registration violation. The suspect currently is unknown at this time; however, if that information is discovered, criminal charges will be pursued.
--Two persons were arrested at 9:10 a.m. Sept. 2 at a residence in the first block of Beechwood Drive. Tyler Morrell, of Columbiana, was served with an active warrant through the Columbiana County Sheriff's Office, and Kimberly J. Coleman also was arrested for obstructing.
--Douglas See, of Campbell, was cited at 3:03 p.m. Sept. 1 for driving without a license, following a traffic stop on state Route 14.
--Police investigated a criminal damaging report at 11:22 a.m. Sept. 1 in the 20 block of South Elm Street.
--Zaiah Blackwell, of Salem, was arrested shortly after midnight Sept. 1 near Columbiana Dodge on a charge of OVI, marked lanes and endangering children, following the investigation of a reckless driver complaint near state Route 14 and Lucretia Lane.
Salem
--Officers responded to the 600 block of East Second Street at 5:27 a.m. Thursday for a report of individuals continuously loitering and sleeping on the property. Officers spoke with the individuals and all three were served trespass notices and departed without incident.
--Officers responded to the dead end of the U.S. Route 62 bypass at 11:55 p.m. Wednesday to assist Perry Township officers with a single vehicle crash. An SUV traveled off the dead end and sustained damage. There was nobody located in the vehicle, but the hood was still warm, and officers checked the surrounding area and nearby roads but did not locate anyone. Officers did locate ID cards on the roadway near the crashed vehicle and a license plate observed inside the vehicle was confirmed to be registered to the same person as the ID cards. A residence in the city was checked based on ID information but nobody answered. Perry PD had contacted Sinsley Towing to remove the vehicle and officers departed when no longer needed.
--Officers responded to the 2700 block of East State Street at 8:42 p.m. Wednesday for a report of possible drug paraphernalia. Officers gathered the item, which appeared to be some portion of a pipe or vape, and it was subsequently disposed of at the police department.
--Officers responded to the 300 block of Newgarden Avenue at 8:29 p.m. Wednesday for a wellness check. Officers made contact at the residence and confirmed everything was fine. There is an ongoing investigation involving the individual making the wellness check, and the report will be forwarded to the investigating officer to add to the case.
--Officers responded to the 200 block of East Fourth Street at 7:51 p.m. Wednesday for a report of telecommunications harassment. The caller advised that a man, who has been previously warned twice, was continuing to contact them. Officers spoke with the man Ronald Keller Jr., Salem, who admitted to sending the messages, and he was taken into custody charged with telecommunications harassment, and transported to the police department for processing and transported to the Columbiana County Jail.
