--Officers responded to the 200 block of Vine Avenue at 12:48 p.m. Tuesday for a speak with officer report. The caller advised that she and her boyfriend broke up approximately a month ago, and that he had moved out and has been slowly getting his belongings, and she threw the rest of his stuff away and wanted him to be trespassed and not to contact her any further.
--Officers responded to the 1500 block of Southeast Boulevard at 12:28 p.m. Tuesday for a report of lines down. Officers stood by conducting traffic control while the fire department investigated. A short while later Ohio Edison responded to the scene.
--Officers responded to the 600 block of East Fourth Street at 8:07 a.m. Tuesday for a report of a stolen bicycle. The caller advised that his turquoise Schwinn bicycle was stolen several days ago and provided officers with camera footage of the theft. The caller advised that he didn't want charges against the man if identified.
