-- Officers spoke to a woman at the police department at 1:57 p.m. Thursday regarding an elderly man that began showing up the woman's place of employment and has allegedly made remarks which are in line with having a desire to establish a romantic relationship with the caller. The man has reportedly been a customer at the business for approximately a year, but in the past month his behavior has become increasingly concerning, causing the woman to be fearful of him. The caller expressed to the man that his actions were making her uncomfortable, but this did not seem to faze the man. Officers gathered information and will attempt to contact him and advise him to cease further contact with the caller so as not to establish a pattern of conduct that could result in criminal charges.

-- Officers responded to the 1500 block of North Lincoln Avenue at 12:09 p.m. Thursday for a reported 911 hang-up call. Officers spoke with the driver of a vehicle pulled off the side of the road. The driver advised everything was okay and that the call was the result of the phone having fallen off the vehicle onto the roadway and been run over by another vehicle before it could be retrieved.
