-- Aaron Cuningham, age and address not provided, was arrested and charged with DUI, DUI above .08 and marked lanes following a June 27 traffic stop on Anderson Boulevard after an officer observed him having trouble maintaining his lane. The officer observed Cunningham to be intoxicated and conducted a field sobriety test and then taken to ELCH where he was administered and failed a breath test. His vehicle was towed by First Class Towing.
-- An unnamed female was issued a citation for marked lanes and released with a court date following a June 28 traffic stop on Annesley Road. The female who had been driving erratically told the officer that she was in a hurry doing Door Dash deliveries. The officer told her he could issue her a citation for reckless driving but only cited her for marked lanes.
-- An officer on patrol stopped to check if a blue colored Ford Escape was still sitting along the roadway on state Route 7 near the Wellsville exit. The vehicle had been sitting there for a few days with a rear flat tire. The officer called First Class Towing to impound the vehicle which the highway patrol had placed a sticker on the day before.
