-- Raymond Lee Edwards, 18, of Sevekeen Circle in Salem, was cited for failure to maintain reasonable control at 5:33 p.m. June 23 in Salem Township, after his southbound vehicle traveled off the right side of the road, hitting an embankment and overturning.

-- Harold F. Gallimore, 60, of Y&O Road in Wellsville, was cited for failure to maintain reasonable control at 9:45 a.m. June 23 in Madison Township after his northwestbound vehicle on Township Road 424 traveled off the eastside of the road, hitting the guardrail and going down an embankment.

-- The driver of a black Explorer is still being sought after it struck a northbound vehicle driven by Jennifer Flowers, of Carmel Achor Road, while traveling on state Route 7 in Rogers at 1:45 p.m. June 25.

-- Nijonjo Jackson, 23, of Youngstown was cited for failure to maintain reasonable control at 4:15 a.m. June 24 in Unity Township, after driving west on state Route 165 and going off the right side of the road before striking a ditch.

-- Cradu Tudor, 37, of Brooklyn, was cited at 1:34 p.m. June 21 in Middleton Township for assured clear distance after his eastbound vehicle was traveling on Township Road 1026 and struck a bridge.

-- Christopher Wright, of Jackman Street in East Liverpool, owns an abandoned vehicle involved in a crash shortly around midnight on June 19 in Wayne Township. According to the report, his vehicle was discovered on state Route 518, where it had been eastbound and drove off the right side of the road, striking a ditch. When police went to investigate the abandoned vehicle, they discovered Twisted Tea alcoholic beverage on the front passenger side floorboards. Wright denied being involved in the crash, although he was discovered walking south near state Route 11 around 5;16 am. He told investigators that he frequently leaves his keys in his vehicle, which had been left with a friend in East Liverpool earlier. No charges were filed unless the driver is located.

-- Robert Dale Buzzard, 25, of Jimtown Road in East Palestine, was cited at 3:40 a.m. June 22 in Negley for failure to yield, after allegedly running a stop sign while northbound on state Route 170 and striking a utility pole.

-- Billie Householder, 43, of McCormick Run Road in Salineville was cited at 4:03 p.m. June 22 in Madison Township for reasonable control, after her eastbound vehicle traveled off the right side of Osbourne Road.
