-- An officer responded to a semi trailer fire on state Route 154 at 12:37 p.m. June 20 and found that driver had disconnected the trailer, which had a smoking tire caused by the brakes locking up. The fire department arrived and the driver was waiting on a mechanic.

-- An officer responded to the Sadie VanFossen Pool at 10:04 a.m. June 18 where the complainant reported her wallet containing credit cards and cash had been stolen from her purse while it was in the pool office.
-- Nicholas Wolfe, 44, Lisbon, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop at 9:01 p.m. June 16 for an equipment violation and driving under suspension in which a K9 officer alerted to a narcotic odor and several items of narcotics were recovered from the vehicle.
-- An officer responded to a state Route 45 business at 2:09 p.m. June 15 in reference to a person from a nearby housing facility in the store who was following other customers and not making any sense. Officers spoke with the person who said he had a headache, but did not want any medical assistance. He was advised he was not welcome at the store until he was feeling better.
-- A caller reported at 3:25 p.m. June 14 that her ex who lives near McKinley Elementary was refusing to give her their two children for a scheduled visitation. She was advised a report would be on file and to contact the juvenile court.
-- Kortnee Brown, 32, Wellsville, was charged with OVI following a traffic stop at East Washington and South Market streets at 10:31 p.m. June 13.
-- Officers responded to the 200 block of East Pine Street at 8:17 p.m. June 12 in reference to a domestic verbal argument in which a woman reported she was visiting her daughter at the father's residence and accused the father of abuse due to a bruise on the daughter's face. Officers determined that the daughter was in good health and her injuries were consistent with the father's claim that she fell while playing inside the home.
