-- Paul Long Jr., 72, Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania, was cited for left of center and a seatbelt violation after his northbound vehicle on state Route 170 went left of center while turning right onto state Route 14 and struck a vehicle driven west on state Route 14 by Jeffrey Orr, 70, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, before catching fire at 2:15 p.m. Monday in Unity Township. Long was transported to St. Elizabeth Youngstown by East Palestine EMS for suspected minor injuries.
-- Samantha Dicello, 35, East Palestine, was cited for failure to control, OVI and a seatbelt violation after her eastbound vehicle on Hamilton Road went off the right side of the roadway striking a utility pole at 10:37 p.m. June 8 in Unity Township. No injuries were reported.
-- Samuel Hepfner, 59, Salem, was cited for failure to control after his southbound vehicle on state Route 9 went off the left side of the roadway striking a ditch, an embankment and then a tree at 6:31 p.m. June 8 in Hanover Township. No injuries were reported.
-- Amanda Flint, 47, Ryland, was traveling east on West Main Street at 3:15 p.m. June 8 in Salineville when an unknown driver's vehicle attempted to pass her vehicle, striking it before fleeing the scene. No injuries were reported.
-- Kelli Jeffers, 46, Canton, was cited for left of center after her eastbound vehicle on state Route 518 crossed the centerline and struck a vehicle driven west by Alan Parsons, 58, Summitville, at 8:04 p.m. June 4 in Wayne Township. Jeffers was transported to East Liverpool City Hospital by North Star EMS for suspected minor injuries, and Parsons was treated on scene for suspected minor injuries.
-- Kenneth Cochrane, 47, Youngstown, was cited for left of center and a seatbelt violation after his southbound vehicle on state Route 7 crossed the center line into the northbound lane, causing a vehicle driven north by Drew Heiland, 18, New Waterford, to swerve into the southbound lane to avoid Cochrane's vehicle which then swerved back toward the southbound lane, striking Heiland's vehicle head on before continuing southbound and traveling off the right side of the roadway at 7:14 p.m. June 4. Heiland and Cochrane were both transported to St. Elizabeth Hospital by Columbiana EMS for suspected serious injuries.
