-- A woman on Grant Street, Center Township, reported at 4:26 p.m. Thursday that her neighbor continues to yell and scream at her and harass her every time she is outside her residence.

-- A Signal Road, Fairfield Township, resident reported at 5:28 p.m. Thursday that UPS delivered a package to his residence and placed it on his front porch, but now the package is missing. Inside the package was a John Deere lawn tractor seat.

-- A suspicious person was reported sitting alongside the roadway in the 44000 block of Y & O Road, Madison Township, at 2:09 p.m. Thursday, but a deputy who checked the area had no contact with anyone.

-- A caller at 10:31 p.m. Wednesday reported a suspicious vehicle parked in the middle of McIntosh Road, Madison Township. Nothing was found.

-- A deputy was dispatched at 8:53 p.m. Wednesday to state Route 170, Middleton Township, for a disturbance. A deputy spoke with a woman, who advised there was no disturbance.

-- A woman from Burgettstown, Pa. reported at 7:12 p.m. Wednesday that a man on 18th Street Heights, Yellow Creek Township, has multiple items of hers at his residence and there's a property dispute over some of the items. She was told to contact an attorney.

-- A deputy was dispatched at 3:41 p.m. Wednesday to Weaver Road, West Township, for a welfare check. The deputy spoke with a person who was reported missing out of the Milton Township Police Department in Mahoning County. Family members were contacted and the person was transported back to their residence in Mahoning County.

-- A deputy was dispatched at 6:12 a.m. Wednesday to Sunrise Mobile Home Park, Thomas Drive, Yellow Creek Township, for a disturbance. Daniel Queen, 28, Thomas Drive, Wellsville, was taken into custody and taken to the county jail, charged with inducing panic for allegedly running around with a knife in his hand yelling at people that were not there. He claimed he had seven people trapped in his residence, but police found no one inside, according to an affidavit. He was arraigned in Columbiana County Municipal Court on Thursday.
