-- Kirby Freed, 37, East Palestine was cited for disorderly conduct at 11:11 p.m. on Friday. Freed allegedly was found passed out in the Sunoco bathroom on state Route 14.

-- A caller reported a menacing driver on state Route 14 at 7:24 a.m. on Friday.

-- Officers took a report of harassment at Park Court at 6:16 a.m. on Friday.

-- Officers responded to W. Park Ave. to a report of property damage at 8:25 p.m. on Thursday.

-- Officers responded to an EMS call on Wind Rose Court at 5:39 p.m. on Thursday. The subject was found to be deceased from natural causes with no foul play suspected.

-- Sa'Miya Saulsberry, 29, Youngstown, was cited for driving under suspension and expired registration following a traffic stop on W. Friend St. at 2:49 p.m.

-- Officers responded to Main St. to a report of a suspicious person at 1:07 p.m. on Thursday. Douglass Massa, 65, Santa Fe, Texas. Douglas allegedly gave officers a false name and was detained on that basis. Douglas was transported to the Columbiana Police Department where he then correctly identified himself. Douglas later was voluntarily transported to an area hospital for an evaluation.

-- Officers took a report of a private property crash that occurred at McDonald's on state Route 14 at 11:03 a.m. on Thursday.

-- Officers took a report of a missing person at 9:35 p.m. The man was relocated later when he returned to his residence.

-- Robyn Wornoff, 35, Rogers was cited for driving under suspension following a traffic stop at the intersection of state Routes 14 and 7.

-- Officers assisted the Ohio State Highway Patrol and Columbiana and Leetonia Fire Departments with a vehicle fire on state Route 11 in Fairfield Township at 4:16 a.m. on June 11.

-- Serena Edgerton, 21, Canfield, was arrested, charged with OVI, open container and marked lanes following a traffic stop on state Route 14.

-- Officers took a complaint of telecommunication harassment at the station at 7:12 p.m. on June 10.

-- Tara Detchon, 23, North Lima was arrested on an outstanding warrant following a traffic stop on Royal Birkdale Drive at 7:58 p.m. on June 10.
