The caller advised that his 16-year-old son, who is autistic, got out of the residence and they were attempting to locate him. Officers located the juvenile walking on Snyder Road and transported him back to his parents.
-- Officers responded to the 400 block of West School Street at 8:58 a.m. Wednesday for a report of lines down. Officers located two cable wires that were knocked down by a passing garbage truck that was trying to avoid hitting a basketball hoop hanging over the roadway. Officers spoke with the owner and advised him that the hoop had to be moved back off the roadway, and he advised he would move it back that day. The lines were removed from the roadway.
-- Officers responded to the 300 block of West Tenth Street at 3:01 p.m. Tuesday for a reported theft. The caller advised that someone unknown to him had taken the suet cake bird food from his bird feeder. Officers advised them of their options for dealing with the situation.
-- Officers responded to the 200 block of West State Street at 1:45 p.m. Tuesday for a report of an irate customer. Officers located the person in question and advised them that they were no longer welcome in the store.
-- Officers responded to the 100 block of Penn Avenue at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday for a reported criminal trespass. The caller advised she did not want the person back inside the business. The caller signed a trespass form, and officers were unable to make contact with the person at that time.
-- Officers responded to the 500 block of East School Street at 1:13 p.m. Tuesday for a recovered property report. Officers located the item and attempted to return it to the owner but were unable and placed the item into the lost and found.
-- Officers responded to the 200 block of North Cunningham Road at 5:54 a.m. Tuesday for a report of a suspicious vehicle. Officers spoke with the person advising them of the complaint, and they left the area without incident.
