-- A hit-skip occurred when a vehicle traveling east on Clarkson Road in Elkrun Township went off of the left side of the road, striking an embankment and overturning at 5:05 a.m. March 19. The vehicle was found with the keys in the ignition and a 12-pack of Budweiser cans inside. The owner of the vehicle, Edward Bailey, Riley Avenue, East Liverpool, was contacted and told to file a statement with the East Liverpool Police Department.
-- Gerald Marsden, 53, Cleveland Street, Salem, was cited for right-of-way at through highway after the vehicle he was driving north on Lisbon Road in Salem Township failed to yield at the stop sign at the intersection with state Route 558 and struck another vehicle, driven by Taylor Jarrett, 24, Waterford, that was traveling east on state Route 558 at 6:57 p.m. March 17. Marsden's vehicle then traveled off of the left side of the road, striking a utility pole.
-- Kaleb Brown, 23, Columbia Street, Leetonia, was cited for reasonable control after the vehicle he was driving west on Crestview Road in Salem Township struck a utility pole and caught fire at 4:25 a.m. March 17.
-- A hit-skip occurred after an unknown vehicle failed to negotiate a curve while traveling south on state Route 518 in Madison Township, traveling off of the right side of the road and striking a traffic sign, at 6:45 p.m. March 15. A witness said they saw a red/maroon car drive by their house and heard the crash.
-- Marilyn Herron, 76, Stewart Road, Salem, was cited for right-of-way at through highway after the vehicle she had stopped southbound on Leetonia Road failed to yield from the stop sign when turning onto state Route 164 in Center Township, striking another vehicle, driven by Julia Frenzel, 25, Sherman Street, Lisbon, traveling south on state Route 164 at 6:08 p.m. March 15. Frenzel and her passenger, Jared Rohm, 29, Sherman Street, Lisbon, were transported to Salem Regional Medical Center by North Star Critical Care with minor lacerations. Herron was transported to Salem Regional Medical Center by Lifeteam EMS with a minor head injury.
-- A hit-skip occurred when an unknown vehicle was traveling south on Lisbon-Canfield Road in Salem Township and traveled off of the right side of the road, reentered the road, then traveled off of the east side of the road, striking two trees at 4:51 p.m. March 15. The vehicle continued southbound, fleeing the crash.
-- Leonard Drennen, 31, Wooster, was cited for operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, reasonable control, and failure to reinstate after the scooter he was driving south on Cream Ridge Road in Elkrun Township went off of the right side of the road, struck a ditch, traveled back onto the road, and overturned at 8:22 p.m. March 13. Drennen was transported by West Point EMS to Mercy Health- St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital with unknown injuries.
