--Wellsville officers arrested Skylar Barber, 23, (address not provided) identifying him as the suspect in a theft at Rich Oil on Feb. 10 at 2:37 a.m. Barber was gone before officers arrived on scene. Officers later responded to a one-to-be-removed call at the Wellsville Laundry Mat. They located him on Riverside, confirmed his identity and place him under arrest.
--An officer responded on Feb. 11 at 5:31 p.m., to the 1700 block of Clark Avenue for a report of a stolen vehicle. The complainant said he believes a female known to him may have taken it. It was later noted the vehicle was recovered in St. Clair Township before reported stolen.
--A female came into the police station on Feb. 11 at 5:30 p.m., to report her ex-boyfriend Lailan Chappell (age and address not provided) had violated a protection order and showed officers where he tried to contact her on Facebook Messenger. Chappell was charged with violation of protection order.
