-- Lawrence Cline, 29, address not provided, was placed under arrest for an active warrant after an officer on patrol on Feb. 13 at 4:52 p.m. randomly ran the license plate of the vehicle he was driving, and it returned as the owner having a warrant. The officer conducted a traffic stop, placed Cline under arrest and turned the vehicle over to the passenger who was a licensed driver.

-- An officer spoke to a male by phone on Feb. 14 at 4:51 p.m. The male wanted to file a fraud report after realizing the Green Dot Debit Card for $500 he had purchased at Walmart on Feb. 7 had already been activated.

-- Officers responded to a road rage incident on Y and O Road on Feb. 15 at 7:23 p.m. The female complainant waited until she was away from the other party involved to contact the police.

-- Justina Desarro, 33, address not provided, was charged with trespassing in a habitation and arrested after officers responded to a report of someone being in a Cannons Mill Road residence where no one was supposed to be. A neighbor told officers she seen Desarro climb through a window to get in the house.

-- Zenobia Hawkins, 26, address not provided, was placed under arrest for having an active warrant and charged with obstructing official business and Davante Jackson, age and address not provided, was issued a citation for no visible license plate following a Feb. 21 traffic stop on Dresden Avenue at 4:16 p.m.

-- Officers responded to a domestic violence complaint at a Wyoming Avenue residence on Feb. 23 at 9:48 p.m. The couple both told officers there was nothing physical, they were just arguing over finances.
