-- Officers responded to the 900 block of Franklin Avenue at 6:34 p.m. Tuesday for a report of suspicious vehicles. The caller advised that two vehicles pulled into a private property, and it appeared the drivers were hiding from an unknown source. Officers checked the area but were unable to locate the vehicle.

-- Officers spoke to a man at the police department at 5:22 p.m. Tuesday for a reported domestic dispute. The man advised his soon to be ex-wife has been destroying the house and making physical threats toward him. Officers advised the caller of his options and that a report would be made.

-- Officers responded to the 300 block of Penn Avenue at 1:28 p.m. Tuesday for a report of a line down in the roadway. Officers located the line, which was determined to be a cable wire. The wire was removed from the roadway.

-- Officers responded to the 2800 block of East State Street at 12:34 p.m. Tuesday for a reported hit-and-skip. After watching video footage officers determined the damage to the vehicle was already there prior. Photographs were taken and a report was made.

-- Officers responded to the 800 block of Sunset Boulevard at 12:27 p.m. Tuesday for a report of a dog at large. The caller advised there was a dog unattended at the entrance of the park. Officers located a plastic dog statue matching the description given by the caller next to the entrance.

-- Officers responded to the area of North Lincoln Avenue at Sunset Boulevard at 11:36 a.m. Tuesday for a report of debris in the roadway. Officers located and removed screws from the roadway.

-- Officers spoke to a woman at the police department at 9:35 a.m. Tuesday regarding a possible scam. Officers were advised that someone had hacked into the woman's computer, and that someone had requested she send them money to fix her computer. The woman advised she sent money to the address but was able to intercept the package prior to delivery. Officers advised the caller of her options and advised a report would be made.

-- Officers responded to the area of Brooklyn Avenue and Painter Road at 7:19 a.m. Tuesday to assist the Columbiana County Sheriff's Office with a warrant check. The man was taken into custody without incident.
