-- A juvenile was cited for assured clear distance after the vehicle they were driving east on state Route 14 in Unity Township struck the back of the car in front of it when it was slowing to make a right turn onto Waterford Road at 3:44 p.m. Tuesday.

-- David Grimm, 57, West Carolina Avenue, Sebring, was cited with assured clear distance after the vehicle he was driving eastbound on U.S. Route 62 in Knox Township struck the back of the car in front of him, which was being driven by Michelle Buckholder, Dellroy, that was slowing to a stop at 1:59 p.m. Tuesday.

-- Samuel Koehn, 45, Harding Drive, Alliance, was cited for reasonable control when the dump truck he was driving east on state Route 558 in Salem Township drove off the right side of the road, overturning onto its right side, then traveling off the left side of the road, coming to a stop at 3:44 p.m. Monday.

-- A hit-skip involving a southeastbound vehicle that drove off the left side of Beeson Mill Road in Fairfield Township at 8:08 p.m. Feb. 2, striking a ditch, will be referred to the Columbiana County Prosecutor's Office for further review after the alleged driver of the vehicle, Andrew Brown, no age listed, Elmwood Drive, Lisbon, could not be contacted by Ohio State Highway Patrol due to no answer and a voicemail that has not been set up.

-- Brian Pearl, 54, East Clark Street, East Palestine, was cited for reasonable control and hit-skip after driving his southeastbound vehicle off of the right side of state Route 165 in Unity Township at 4:50 p.m. Feb. 2, striking a culvert and reentering the roadway. The vehicle was abandoned when Ohio State Highway Patrol arrived on scene.

-- Rebecca Myers, 26, Hofmeister Road, Petersburg, was cited for reasonable control after the vehicle she was driving east on state Route 558 in Unity Township went off the right side of the road, striking a ditch and a tree at 12:21 a.m. Feb. 2.

-- Brandon Pine, 23, Youngstown, was cited for reasonable control when the vehicle he was driving east on state Route 14 in Fairfield Township struck a guardrail on the right side of the road, traveling off of the road, striking a ditch and an embankment at 9:37 p.m. Jan. 28.

--Shae Wenzel, 21, Mill Circle, Alliance, was cited for failure to yield from a stop sign after she was driving south on 12th Street in Knox Township and failed to yield from a stop sign to a vehicle, driven by Matthew Lippiatt, 50, Garfield Road, Salem Heights, traveling east on Georgetown Road, at 9:43 p.m. Jan. 27. Wenzel's vehicle struck the Lippiatt vehicle in the intersection and Wenzel's vehicle traveled off of the left side of the road, striking a rock. Wenzel was transported to Aultman Alliance Community Hospital by Sebring emergency medical services with minor injuries.

-- David Dietz, 32, Pike Street, Alliance, was cited for operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, reckless operation, and a seat belt violation after he led Ohio State Highway Patrol on a high-speed chase while a trooper was attempting to pull him over for speeding while traveling south on Homeworth Road in Knox Township, before entering several s-curves and traveling off of the left side of the road, striking a ditch, an embankment, and a culvert at 11:58 p.m. Jan. 26. Dietz was transported to Mercy Hospital in Canton by Sebring emergency medical services with an apparent head injury.
